How could this happen to me??? (second trial)
Assalamualaikum w.b.t and afternoon peeps. Urghh. This is my second trial in making this blog. I went late to class (sorry sir) and then got problems with my email. I think its probably because of I used to have a blog using my common email. Thus, I made a new one and manage to create this blog. Finished to answer 5 out of 6 questions and I was thinking that I will proceed to do it at home. Oh no! My housemates and I have settled the streamyx bill but still have to wait for them to activate it back. We managed to get online on Thursday the 15th. Alhamdulillah. Oh no! my blog was empty. I cant even access to my new hotmail mail. Stressfullllllllllll!!!!
Happy belated birthday to me. Yesterday was my birthday. I had a great weekend. I could say. I went to Sunway Lagoon with Zamzarina and Zanariah on friday. It was really fun and exciting. Then on Saturday night my housemates did a not-so-suprised party for me at "karaoke ole-ole" section 18. Got 2 cakes and we went crazy that night. Lastly, I went to OU (One Utama) and Downtown Cheras yesterday night with my housemates and our guy friend. It was a great, super duper weekend. yay !
Okay, my full name as in my identification card is Rodhiah Amzah. Friends preferred to call me yaya or yayao and my family called me "kakak" or "makyah". I'm the 7th in my family with all sisters and a younger brother. My mother's name is Azizah and my "ayah" name is Amzah. I like to eat my mum's "mee kari" and my favourite drink is ice blended. I cant live without music and I really need it whenever I do my assignments or any work. I'm an extrovert person and I easily make friends but I'm kinda choosy when it comes to best friends or boyfriend. haha. I love being in TESL. My father was hoping that I would do accounting, but I believed that TESL is my cup of coffee. Im just hoping that as im turning to 23 and as this is my last semester, I will pass my degree successfully and can further my study . Amin :)
I'm a savvy (I believed) in computer skills.
I'm not really good in computer, but I believed that I did acquire basic computer skills like all the microsoft office components. I do know how to clean up my laptop disks, format the pendrive and uploading stuff from youtube, certain software and so on. I'm a fast learner. I have like a group of guy friends whom are so good in tech-thingy and I will always ensure that I'm always updated with computer and technology. :)
Software and Hardware that I know.......
For the hardware part I mean like everyone who own computer or laptop got to know it right? Basically, I know all the common hardware part but let just stick to it. As long as I know my laptop problems, I can fix it on my own till it turn out to be I did only make it worst then I will refer to my hi-tech friends. About software, I do know some like adobe photoshop, certain grammar checker website, adobe reader and uhh I cant recall anything for now. I'll keep it updated !
My online experience towards learning........That's a lot !
Students without internet is like a man without a hand phone. I mean like seriously my life is just getting involved with internet and internet. I study, search, check and find sources from the internet. It really helpful. Everything is like at our fingertips and by that there is no reason for not completing any assignments. Right? I even learn how to style my shawl and cook online. Is'nt that great?
I did incorporate technology during my practicum and glad it successfully carried out ! :)
I google and uploaded stuff, activities, content and even ideas from the internet during my practicum. This magic stuff (internet/technology) really helps human I believed. I could die without it. It helps me a lot during my practicum. I get stuff from my friends and can even shared mine with others. Isn't life great?
My opinion in the usage of ICT towards teaching and learning.
ICT in learning and teaching is like the lyrics and music. Ouch. I mean, like everywhere we go,people can't stop looking at their handphone,ipad, blackberry,iphone and whatsoever. Duhh.. I acan only online using my laptop. haha. oh, though my handphone isn't that great, I can still use my dictionary inside it just to look for certain words in class. From kindergarten students till old man have facebook. I mean it's the easiest way to express, showing off or complaining about anything. haha. But I believed it's a good medium for lecturers or teachers to update anything regarding any lesson or just to inform that he/she will not enter class because of something. It is much cheaper and very convenient. Any assignments can be submitted through email. I love it ! I can even just webcam (my lappy is so old that I dont have an internal webcam), ym or even conference with my group member discussing on our work. hihi. I believed it's a good way in expanding and experimenting learning in an efffective way. John Atanasoff, thank you for invented the computer ! We owe you our "Life" . :)

I am truly sorry for coming late to your first class. I forgot where's Makmal Bestari till my friend told me it was the class that we had for our computer class with Dr. Chan. You are so the hi-tech man and I hope that I will gain a lot of knowledge from you. Now I know and had my own blog ! yay ~! I will give my very best in this course, I will try to give my 100% commitment towards this course. Insyallah. I hope that you will graded us equally and kindly. hehe.
